How it Works
Client Consultation
First we’ll meet with you at the site to discuss your brief. We’ll take some time to get to know you and your pond or garden and what your objectives are.
We’ll show you examples of our previous work to give you ideas and inspiration and allow you to see the professional job that we do.
We’ll also work to your budget.
Site Survey
Next we’ll survey your site and tell you what will work and what won’t. Our pond and garden designers have a wealth of experience from small gardens to commercial premises, so we can offer you plenty of suggestions.
We understand the principles of pond and garden design and we promise to come up with some innovative ideas that will make your pond or garden a talking point.
Specification and Costings
Once we have your brief we’ll then present you with a formal proposal for your design. This will contain the exact price of the project so you’ll fully aware of how much it will cost. You can then make any adjustments to your plans if you wish.
The proposal will also contain a timeplan and we’ll work with you to fit in with your timescales.
Construction, Build and Stocking
Once we’ve finalised your design the project will start. You’ll either see your pond or garden develop from nothing or watch your current pond or garden undergo a fantastic transformation.
Besides stocking and planting your pond or garden we’ll offer you advice on how to care for them as they establish.
Help and Advice Visits
Our service doesn’t stop there. Once we’ve created your master piece we’ll come back and show you how to care for it if you wish. You might not need this part of our service, but we’re there if you need us.
